Since 1993, McDonald Financial Corporation ("MFC") has been providing comprehensive structured finance solutions for national and international property developers, owners, and users. MFC offers numerous forms of financing and leasing of assets, including structured finance transactions, long term bondable and credit tenant operating leases, sale/leasebacks, mortgages, portfolio purchases, receivables discountings, and credit enhanced structures.
MFC provides advisory services and funding by structuring and underwriting transactions for an investor pool consisting of 35 major life insurance companies and other institutional investors. Products are structured to achieve the client's specific financial, accounting and tax requirements. MFC's services are comprehensive throughout the funding process and include structuring, underwriting, presentation to the investor pool, and legal documentation. Senior management is comprised of accounting, legal and finance professionals who have managed a select group of the nation's largest life insurance company and bank leasing entities.
